Welcome to the official site for  The Scent of Harvest, a character-driven film that takes a unique look at human relationships.   The film is about an unexpected friendship and the opportunity to do something good for someone, "which is one of the most beautiful opportunities in human life; as beautiful as the scent of a recent harvest."  This single theme is cradled in an interesting array of differences:  different cultures, different generations, different languages, and different genders.  The friendship that gradually builds and triumphs amidst potential conflicts and prejudices is a quiet, gentle message about rising above differences and ultimately just taking care of each other. 

Filming began in the Los Angeles area on July 22nd, 2001 and was completed on August 9th.  Editing began on August 13th and a working draft was completed on the 24th.  Currently, the film is undergoing post-production sound editing.   Please browse the site for more information about the cast, crew, and the story.  Photos will become available as the production progresses.
